Junior Apprentice. Three (3) open positions.
POS 1C
Pathway/Role:
Resources will undertake an appropriate training/testing period. If equipped with the right qualities and skills, they will then be placed in the vacant positions within the Ormac workforce.
No experience required.
Required:
- Diploma in mechanical - mechatronics field;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Predisposition and willingness to learn;
- Dynamism, accuracy and consistency.
3D CAD Designer-Designer
POS 1B
Role and Responsibilities:
The Design Draftsman will need to be able to perform duties related to the technical department, thus:
- Drawing and designing in 3D CAD;
- Inputting/updating bills of materials;
- Creating/updating parts catalogs and instruction manual;
- Interfacing with suppliers.
Requirements to participate in selections:
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical field;
- Experience in mechanical design;
- Excellent/good knowledge and use of 3D CAD design software (preferably Solid Works);
- Mechanical knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics area;
- Knowledge of BOM management;
- Ability to interface with external suppliers;
- Good knowledge and management of Office package;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
ASSRPR
Required:
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical-mechatronics field;
- organizational skills;
- Dynamism, accuracy and consistency;
- Basic computer skills for managing Windows applications.
After an appropriate training period, the resource will assist the production manager in organizing production activities, quality control and management of personnel and subcontractors. Work schedule on a daytime basis from Monday to Friday.
Direct permanent placement and salary of definite interest expected.
Senior Technical Installer Operator
POS 2A
Role and responsibilities:
- Installation, start-up, testing and maintenance
of machines designed and manufactured by the company.
Requirements to participate in selections:
- Mechanical/Mechatronics qualification or Diploma.
- Knowledge in mechanical pneumatics and hydraulics area.
- English essential, with French and Spanish preferred.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Ce and Italy.
- Transversal ability to work in a team or independently.
